Promoting Hospice in Our Community

In many cases, clients and families find us because they hear about our work in the community.  If you know someone who would benefit from our services, please share some of our information with them by downloading and forwarding our brochures.  
Similarly, we depend on our relationships with professionals in our community who refer clients to take advantage of our services.  If you are a professional in our community who would be willing to display our materials in your office, we can provide multiple copies of our brochures in a tabletop holder for your clients to take.

Hospice palliative care provides support for patients and caregivers dealing with terminal illness. As a part of a caregiving team, hospice volunteers provide emotional, spiritual and practical support for individuals and their caregivers.

Nelson Day Hospice Program

The Nelson Day Hospice is a weekly program offered to help those with a terminal diagnosis, while providing respite for cargivers. This ongoing 8-week series is a progressive and flexable program, designed for individuals facting life-limiting illness.
